COMPANY POLICY
This is the web site of princesskitten; it is owned and maintained by Pandy Grenville-Evans, from within the UK.
SITE CONTENTS, OWNERSHIP, AND USE RESTRICTIONS
The designs contained in this site are all the creation of princesskitten. You may not copy, reproduce, display, transmit, sell, or publish this work and claim it as your own. All the kitten logos, banners, sketches and animations are drawn by http://www.grenville-evans.co.uk and remain the property of princesskitten and you must NOT copy and use them yourself, in ANY circumstances. This rule will never change or alter and anyone caught using the site logos will be prosecuted for breach of copyright.
You may, however, copy an idea or layout. Feel free to use the designs in the how to section. You may make them for your own use or you can sell your completed work. If you add a copy of a design to your own web site/blog please add as seen on prinesskitten' or as inspired by princesskitten (etc). Feel free to copy my scrapbook layouts and interpret them in your own way. I do try to make sure the texts I scribe are out of copyright so you can use the words if they appeal to you please let me know if you spot something that slips through the net and I will re-check it.
I am very fussy about who I link to, or recommend on this site. All of the owners of 'My Favourite Links' are know to me, either as a personal friend, a business friend or someone I trade with regularly and know their service is something special. The bigger companies (Pay Pal, Google, Amazon and such like) will be know to you already - and you can form your own judgement. I would never knowingly steer you in the wrong direction - but I am not liable for those who turn out to be 'bad eggs'.

Princesskitten is providing this site and its contents on an "as seen" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do my best to keep the site and sales up to date if orders cross I reserve the right to cancel or substitute but will always contact you first. I go to great lengths to be accurate in the item descriptions so you can get the best idea of what they really look like. I am human and I do make mistakes - If you feel you have been misled, be assured it is human error and I will go out of my way to ensure the final outcome is a happy one for all parties

In no event shall princesskitten be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever. In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, princesskitten will, from time to time, make changes in the contents and in the products or services described on this site.
The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed through our site facility. Princesskitten is a very small enterprise and is not registered for VAT. Special commission prices will be quoted for before a commission is started and a scan/photo will be sent before final payment is due.
I reserve the right to limit sales.

I will not allow any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material to be presented on this site, nor do I expect any to be sent to me. This site operates under a policy of truth and understanding.
PRIVACY POLICY
These days any personal information on a computer has to be treated with great care, I appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in my services and security as it relates to your personal information. This is my personal promise to you: -
- I only sell my craft items. I do not sell e-mail addresses or share them with any third party in any form, ever, under any circumstances. I respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do I ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party.
- The information that you provide is used for such purposes as responding to your requests, fulfilling orders, customising my site to make it easier for you, improving my store features, and communication with you. I do not receive or store any personal financial information. If you use Pay Pal their normal security conditions apply and I am not privy to the information. The same applies when you send a cheque.
- If you have any concern about privacy of your personal information as used and collected within our website, please send me a thorough description and I will do my utmost to resolve it.
I do ask you to also respect my personal privacy too. The kitten and the goat work from home - this is a private address and home to princelet, the hounds, and the furry ones. Please do not pass on my personal details for any other reason than a friendly one. You are welcome to collect from the house - please contact me first.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
I charge a flat rate of £1 on all orders to contribute towards the postage charges. You will find that the prices on my web site are 50p more than on my stall/doorstep - This is because PayPal/Google etc charge me for each payment you make. If you wish to palce an order and collect it from a show or from the house, choose to 'pay by post' when you go through check out on the site - pay when you collect, and I will deduct 20% from your total. Email me if unsure.
I aim to package your purchase with great care, and dispatch normal orders within 48 hours of payment. Cheque paid orders will obviously take a little longer.
I hope this will make the system clear and transparent - as always all input is welcome.
Returns Policy: In the unlikely event that your purchases arrive damaged I offer a 7 day refund policy. Please contact me within 24 hours of receipt to inform of the damage. When the products have been returned to me I will assess the item/s and if I find the damage has occurred during transit or as a result of a problem during manufacture I will either provide a replacement product or where possible repair the item. This will then be returned to you at no cost.
Special and bulk order may take a little longer - I will advise when you place the order.
I always get a Proof of Posting, which covers the parcel up to £30. The Post Office requires that has to be late by 15 working days before being reported as lost. I will of course handle all this and will refund your payment or supply something else of the same value, at no extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE This is a recycling household and I always look to re-use packaging wherever possible.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS
When you commission a text, a special card or several cards I will do my best to interpret your ideas. I will send you scans of my progress, from the early rough plans (including all my scribbles!) to the final mock ups before everything is fixed: I am happy to juggle and fiddle with the details until we get it spot on. Once you have approved the final scan of a card or text I do expect payment before I post it out to you. If you are placing a big order for party invitations I will need a 50% deposit when you confirm the order so I can buy the supplies to make the order - then I will let you know when it is all ready for you to make the final payment before posting.
EMAIL NEWS LETTERS
I have signed up with Mailchimp (http://www.mailchimp.com/) to control my news letters. They are one of the biggest suppliers in this field so I reckon it is as secure as it can be.
I TOTALLY promise that this is the only use I have for your email address. I will NEVER pass on your details to anyone, and my system is not linked to any other system that will see them.
TERMS OF USE REVISIONS .
Like any other business, changes to my Privacy Notice and Conditions may need to be made from time to time by updating this posting. You should check occasionally to see any recent changes. Unless the law of the land changes, my current Privacy Notice will always apply to all information that I have about you and your account, and will never materially change my policies and practises to make them less protective of customer information.
