Description: Where to start! The background is brayered in several different blues and matted with a dark pearl blue. The mermaid and shells are stamped and painted with pearl paints, the mermaid is raised, the shells flat over mixed colours of glitter 'sand'. The 'seaweed' is a mixture of minute beads, glitter and gems. The text matches and is flat.
